• Presentation on the 2012 Week of Amateur Arts / Voluntary Arts Week, celebrating amateur arts activity in communities across the Netherlands, Flanders, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (begins 3pm).
• The response of communities to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games – performance by one of the amateur arts London 2012 Cultural Olympiad projects.
Monday 18 June
• Measuring the impact of amateur arts activities on communities – a research presentation on the Connected Communities Grassroots Arts research project (organised by Voluntary Arts, the Third Sector Research Centre at the University of Birmingham, the University of Exeter and the University of Glamorgan).
• Inclusive and diverse communities – performance by mixed ability / disability amateur arts group.
Tuesday 19 June
• Inclusive and diverse communities – seminar on disability and benchmarking inclusion in amateur arts activity across Europe (to include speakers from disability arts organisations, the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad ‘Unlimited’ project and the London 2012 Paralympic Games) (ends 3pm).
