• recognised as worthy of support from EU and Council of Europe cultural programmes

then you should participate in the conference in Ljubljana, which is a further and important step in the continuation of the work that others have laid down in organising the conferences "Art4all" in Utrecht, the Netherlands in 2004 and "Value, Include, Connect" in Cardiff, Wales (UK) in 2005.

We are happy to invite you to take part in the formation of this network with the intention of a formal establishment as a result of a European conference.

39th Open Air Singing Festival

Open Air Singing Festival in Šentvid pri Sticni is a traditional annual meeting of choirs from Slovenia and abroad where up to 250 choirs and 5000 singers perform. This means that the Šentvid camp is one of the greatest singing manifestations in Europe.
